Refund Policy

At Adoleez Nutrition, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we maintain the following return and refund policy:

 

1. No Returns on Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your request, please provide: Clear photos of the product Photos of the outer packaging An unboxing video (if available) Order details If the claim is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

 

- Change of mind

- Taste preference

- Minor packaging variations

- Incorrect address provided by the customer

- Delivery delays caused by courier partners.

 

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
